Door opening service

We open the door of an apartment or a shared space when a key is lost or locked inside. Identity and the right to access the apartment are checked before opening.

Payment directly to the maintenance worker: cash, MobilePay or card.

Pests

If you notice pests in the building, let us know. We assess the situation and arrange pest control when needed.

Shared spaces

We also look after the housing company's shared spaces so that they stay in good condition.
